Operator websites, piste maps, fact sheets and seasonal documents are preferred for current lift, elevation, piste and opening information. An operator’s own website should always be checked before travelling.

Sources and data credits
Skiviva combines resort-level facts with open geographic data. Sources have different licences, update cycles and definitions.
OpenSkiStats
Some ski-area statistics are derived from OpenSkiStats, provided under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 where indicated.
OpenSkiMap and OpenStreetMap
Piste and lift geometry is derived from OpenSkiMap, which is built from OpenStreetMap data. OpenStreetMap data is available under the Open Database Licence.
Base maps
The interactive map uses OpenStreetMap-derived map data and tiles or styles with attribution to CARTO where displayed.
Images
Image credits and licence information are associated with individual images where available. An external image source may have terms that differ from the data sources listed above.
