The mountain that held the women's alpine events of the 1984 Winter Olympics in Sarajevo, twenty five kilometres from the city, and the largest ski area in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

It has been steadily rebuilt over the last two decades with new lifts and snowmaking, and the pistes are wide and largely intermediate with a long descent through pine forest. The snow record here is good and the season runs well into spring.

Prices are among the lowest in Europe for a resort of this size, and that is the main reason people make the journey. Sarajevo itself is worth two or three days at either end of the trip, and the drive up to the mountain takes well under an hour.
