Zieleniec

Plan the trip
One of the largest ski areas in Poland, in the Orlickie mountains near Duszniki Zdrój and close to the Czech border, with a large number of lifts spread across a broad plateau. The area has a microclimate that gives it more snow days than its modest altitude suggests, and the resort makes a point of it. The terrain is gentle and mostly intermediate with thorough snowmaking and floodlighting.
Duszniki Zdrój below is a spa town with a paper mill museum and a Chopin festival, and the whole region has a long history as a health resort. Wrocław is around two hours away and prices are low.
