A mountain in the Purcell range of British Columbia above the town of Kimberley, with a long gentle main run called the Ridgeway that is one of the longest lit night skiing runs in North America.

The terrain is mostly intermediate with excellent tree skiing on the north side and a snowpack that stays dry because this is deep interior country. It is quiet even at peak times, with five lifts serving a large area.

Kimberley itself is a former mining town that rebuilt its centre in Bavarian style in the 1970s, which is either charming or odd depending on your view, and it has a genuine local life either way. Cranbrook airport is thirty minutes away and Calgary is around four hours.
