Smugglers' Notch Resort

Plan the trip
Three mountains in northern Vermont, connected on the hill, and consistently rated one of the best family resorts in North America.
The children's programmes here are the reason people come back for years, with age specific camps and a large amount of gentle terrain. At the same time the mountain holds the only triple black diamond run in the east, so a mixed group is genuinely catered for.
The village is a self contained collection of condos with a pool complex and organised activities, and there is no need for a car once you arrive. The notch road behind closes in winter. Burlington is roughly an hour away.
