Pebble Creek
Plan the trip
A small mountain on the flank of Bonneville Peak in southeastern Idaho, near Pocatello, with a big vertical for an area with only three lifts.
The terrain is steep and largely ungroomed above the lower runs, with open bowls and tree skiing, and it has a following among people who value the snow over the facilities.
There is very little at the base and no lodging. Pocatello is around half an hour away.
Prices are low and the mountain is almost never busy. Jackson Hole and the Tetons are within a few hours to the east.
