A private development in the Wasatch mountains north of Salt Lake City, on a ranch of around 12,700 acres, with lifts and terrain reserved entirely for property owners and their guests.

There is no public access of any kind. You cannot buy a ticket, book a room or ski here as a visitor. The terrain is genuine, with a long ridgeline, substantial vertical and around 400 inches of annual snowfall, and the skier density is close to zero by design.

This entry exists so the area appears correctly in comparisons rather than so anyone plans a trip. Snowbasin is ten minutes away and is the one you can actually ski, with more terrain and a public lift system.
