The lift pass covers both Beitostølen and Raudalen, so you get two hills on one ticket in the Valdres highlands. Children up to seven ski free with an adult as long as they wear a helmet, which makes this an inexpensive week for a family with small children.

It is as much a cross country place as a downhill one. The trail network across the Valdresflya plateau is among the most used in Norway and it starts at the door. Beito Resort also has arrangements with Andorra and Laax that give something back if you ski several places over a season.
