Switzerland
Klewenalp - Stockhütte

Plan the trip
A sunny terrace high above Lake Lucerne in central Switzerland, reached by cable car from Beckenried on the shore, with the lake spread out below the runs.
The terrain is mostly intermediate with a decent vertical down towards the water and a long toboggan run, and the area is quiet compared with the bigger central Swiss resorts.
Coming up by boat across the lake and then by cable car is the way to arrive, and it makes the journey part of the day. Lucerne is around forty minutes away, which puts the whole area within easy reach for a day trip.
